Expert of the Month: Avery Reed Mr. Reed’s areas of expertise include Construction Project Management supervising the installation of: concrete slabs, rebar, scaffolding, footings, structures, and block. His Engineering Construction expertise includes: dams, roads, water/wastewater, water reservoirs, utilities, pipelines, site assessment and mitigation (SAM)/ preliminary endangerment assessment (PEA), design, supervision and cleanup of contaminated soil and groundwater, drilling, sampling, chemical analyses, and resource evaluation. He holds a general Engineering Contractor License (266191 - class A), and a Water Well Drilling Contractor License (266191 - class C57). He is Hazardous Substances and Remedial Action Certified (266191 – class HAZ) and is a Registered Site Manager and Environmental Assessor - REA II (20243). Mr. Reed is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines.
