GEI automatically sends out a case evaluation form to our client when we complete an assignment. The entries below are scanned images of a few of the returned evaluation forms.  Click on the blue underlined sections to view those scanned images.

Critical information has been overwritten to preserve the confidentiality of our clients, while still allowing you to get a feel for the results.

The scanned images are presented in groups of 4 or 5 to minimize screen loading times.  The descriptions following the case numbers are the expert’s last names and the city of the client.

Extra handwritten comments in addition to the regular checklist responses are quoted under the reference.
