Mr. Onisko practices public accountancy for corporate, non-profit, and governmental clients. He assists clients with business planning and aids in the purchase and sale of businesses. A portion of Mr. Onisko’s practice is forensic accounting and litigation support. He has worked in litigation support since 1992, performing economic loss analysis in matters of intellectual property, contract disputes, loss of profits, and personal injury. He also has performed special forensic engagements for local and state governmental agencies. Mr. Onisko has testified in State and Federal court in matters of size ranging from $100,000 to over $500 million.

Mr. Onisko is a former board member of the American College of Forensic Examiners. He has performed forensic accountings and asset tracings in business and divorce litigation. He has performed due diligence in a number of private mergers and acquisitions transactions. He has also been retained as an expert in criminal matters regarding “white collar crime.” Mr. Onisko has consulted on, and has opined on, business valuations in a number of industries. He has calculated values of business ownership interests and values of intangible assets. As a consultant, Mr. Onisko has prepared and responded to requests for production of documents. He has assisted in drafting of complaints and interrogatory preparation. Mr. Onisko has assisted in preparing case strategy and has prepared exhibits for trial. He is highly experienced in presenting strategic approaches and alternatives in complex cases.
