In a fast response to the Wired article about the software vulnerability of late model Chryslers to unwanted remote control, the company has recalled 1.4 million vehicles.  Owners can take their vehicle to a dealer for a software update or they can download a software patch from the Chrysler website onto a USB drive and then plug the USB drive into their vehicle for an immediate software update.  Additionally, the connectivity vulnerability through the Sprint network appears to have been repaired.  Click here for the link to the Wired article.
